On February 28, Seacrest, 50, reunited with Consuelos, 53, during a workout session at the Alo Wellness Club.
The moment was shared on Seacrest’s Instagram, where he posted a video and photos capturing their time together.
In the video, Consuelos is seen doing sit-ups, jokingly saying, “Just doing my situps here in LA.”
Moments later, Seacrest appears, adding, “Just getting my stretch in. I’m flexible today.” The clip was followed by snapshots of the two smiling and flexing their biceps, showing off their fitness routine.
Ripa, 54, was quick to share the post on her Instagram Stories, adding the caption, “Posh Dudes in LA,” showing her appreciation for their friendship.

When Seacrest left Live with Kelly and Ryan in April 2023, Consuelos stepped in as his replacement, co-hosting alongside his wife. “He left all his furniture, which is amazing,” Consuelos recalled. “He left me a beautiful hand-written note with a gorgeous photograph of Steve McQueen. It’s going to go right there on the wall.”
The note contained words of encouragement, which Consuelos deeply appreciated. “Ryan’s the best, and he’s been so supportive of this move. I am so appreciative of his friendship and the warm words he’s shown me,” he shared, describing the transition as “a very peaceful transfer of power.”

While taking over the co-hosting role was a significant change, Ripa reassured viewers that the shift from Seacrest to Consuelos would be smooth, given the bond they share.
“They’re like brothers,” Ripa said, emphasizing how well they get along.
